i) Do not share your personal banking details when performing any Online transactions or allow anyone access to your bank account.
ii) Do not allow anyone to use your personal details including your NRIC and digital identity (including Singpass) to apply for any banking facilities on your behalf.
iii) Do not help anyone to receive funds and/or transfer funds to third parties using your bank account.
iv) Do not share your OTP (One Time Password) with anybody including any HL Bank Staff. We will never ask your OTP from you.
