Update on Retail Branch Operating Hours

In response to the “Circuit Breaker to Minimise Further Spread of COVID-19”, we have revised our branch operating hours with effect from Tuesday, 7 April 2020, as follows:

 

Operating Hours:

Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 4:00pm

Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays - Closed

 

Banking Hours:

Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 4:00pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays – Closed

 

To assist with social distancing measures, only 6 customers will be allowed to be in the banking hall at any one time. However, we will give priority to senior citizens, pregnant ladies and those with disabilities.

 

Due to reduced staff and operating hours,  it may take a little longer for us to help you with your transactions.  We apologise that this may cause inconvenience to you but we want you to know that we are here to help and support you.

 

We encourage all of our customers to use our digital channels for your day-to-day banking needs.  This can be conveniently accessed  by you through HL Bank Connect from the comfort of your home and it gives you 24/7 accessibility to services like Account Overviews and Fund Transfers.
